My stay was simply amazing! The room had an immaculate view of the Cathedral, making each sunrise breathtaking. Plus, the lobby provided free sweets during Christmas, which made it feel so festive and fun!

The location allowed easy access to the city, making it convenient for exploring. there were some issues with housekeeping, as they missed cleaning the room on one occasion. the gym facilities were quite limited, which could be improved. a solid experience with a few minor drawbacks.

I had a pleasant time during my stay. I loved the large breakfast spread. The cozy bar had great local beer. I found it easy to walk to the city center. I enjoyed renting a bike to explore the area. The warmth inside was appreciated since it was quite cold outside.

I noticed a few older elements in the bathroom. Some parts seemed dated compared to the rest of the renovated room.

The housekeeping was incredibly disappointing during my stay. They didn't clean my room for two days, and on the last day, the cleaning staff carelessly threw my dress on the floor at the entrance.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, creating a warm atmosphere. The breakfast was possibly the best I’ve ever had, offering a lavish selection each morning! !

Room temperature control was a major letdown, with ineffective air conditioning leaving the room uncomfortably warm. Housekeeping could also use improvement, as some requests were neglected.

I truly enjoyed my stay, especially with the hotel's proximity to amazing landmarks like Cologne Cathedral, which is just a short stroll away, and the stunning views at Saint Gereon's Basilica, only 800 meters from the hotel, making it easy to enjoy long weekend city strolls.

The location near the bustling Mediapark was perfect for our family trip. The spacious rooms made for a comfortable stay, and our breakfast experience was particularly memorable thanks to the friendly staff who catered to all our needs effortlessly.

My kids wished the pool area had more activities.
